This warm and inviting four bedroom, three-bath cottage with fireplace is located on a quiet street in old town, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Anne Street Cottage is the tastefully appointed home of international fine artists, Mark and Charlene Thellmann. Their artwork is displayed throughout the cottage. Newly decorated, spacious, and charming, #114 Anne Street, is the perfect "home away from home." WiFi is available.

Comfortably Accommodates Eight Guests
Anne Street Cottage is a wonderful place to share with family and friends, for vacations, romantic getaways, girlfriend weekends, group retreats, etc. It is conveniently located to wineries, village shops, the Shaw Theatre Festival, restaurants, golf, hiking and biking trails, Niagara Falls and other historical sights. Town center is a short stroll away.
Four Bedrooms, Three Baths
Anne Street Cottage offers four bedrooms and three baths. Three bedrooms feature queen pillow top beds. The fourth bedroom, with ensuite bath, has twin beds that can easily be converted to a king.

Anne Street Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances, beautifully carved cabinetry, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishware, cookware, utensils, table linens, and complimentary coffee and tea. The French doors in the living room lead to a wraparound porch.
The dining room offers a large picture window with window seat, where you can watch the horses and carriages pass by. Hardwood floors run throughout the living room and dining room. The cottage is equipped with AC, cable TV with VCR /DVD, movies, games, a private backyard patio with sitting area and outdoor barbeque, plus ample parking.

This floral inspired bedroom features a king bed that can be converted to two twins. The comfortable wicker sitting area is the perfect spot for curling up with a book or enjoying a cup of tea. The brand new ensuite bath has a tub with shower, maple vanity, and shell sink. Hardwood floors and an oriental rug are a finishing touch, plus a huge closet!

Decorated in soft tones of gold and blue, this bedroom features a new queen pillow top bed with vintage head and foot boards, hand painted walnut Bombé dresser with mirror, ample closet space, and a comfortable chair for reading.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM, unless previously arranged. Check-out time is 11AM. Reservations will be held with a 25% deposit. Checks/cheques, MC, and Visa are accepted. Final payment is due one month prior to arrival date. In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any damages assessed upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing. Sorry, smoking and pets are not permitted.
