Property Information
Welcome to Vista View; a charming three
bedroom vacation retreat the year round
with ever changing views as you may see
deer, hawks and a variety of other
wildlife in this birders paradise on the
Crown Land immediately behind what we
think will become one of the most popular
homes with our repeat clientel in
beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Only a few steps from the lake and
fabulous sunsets. A scenic stroll will
take you into the heart of town to first
class shops, restaurants and theatres. We
recommend early bookings if you're a fan
of The Shaw Festival.
Since there are no rear neighbours; one of
the many things that you will love about
our cottage is the privacy and
peacefulness it has to offer. A cosy
sunroom greets you at the front entrance.
Sliding glass doors in the dining room
lead to a large wood deck (with gas B.B.Q.
of course), English country gardens, long
scenic views and another seating area near
the rear of the property to see the
sunsets while enjoying the local vintages.
Original hardwood floors are featured
throughout most of the house. The spacious
living room is ideal for gatherings of
family and friends.
The recently updated kitchen is fully
updated with all major appliances
including microwave, dishes, cutlery and
all the staples to put on a feast! Also on
the main floor is a large bedroom with a
fabulous view with two twin beds, a
luxurious 5 piece bathroom which includes
a step-up tub, walk-in shower and a sauna!
The upper level includes one bedroom with
a queen bed and another with a double and
a single. A three piece bathroom with a
tub and laundry facilities completes the
top floor. Come stay with us this year for
a weekend or a week and come back next
year for a week or a month!
