This vacation rental second floor Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in beautiful St. Pete Beach. One of the Best Value condos in the area. I have it priced so that you will have more money left for your playing while you are here. We are located a five minute walk to Sunset Beach and within minutes driving to other beaches. Other recreational conveniences such as basketball courts, a baseball field and boat ramps are across the street. Also there is a playground nearby for the kids. The condo has a brand new swimming pool if you prefer pool laps to salt water swimming. For your convenience there is a wall mounted TV with cable and HBO, a VHS/DVD player, telephone, air conditioning, and sound-dampening impact windows, linens provided, can opener, high speed Internet, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, ice maker, refrig, dish washer, stove, and tiled floors. NO PETS AT ALL. $250.00 fine for illegal pets.NO SMOKING. Sleeps 4 but have a double air mattress so can sleep additional 2.
