Property Information
The Saucy Willow Inn offers a casual yet elegant Victorian Manor on 2
waterfront acres just 4 blocks from town. The quaint and historic village of
Coboconk is located in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes region where highways
35 & 48 meet. Our historic home is known to be the second built in town
dating in the mid 1800's. Originally built as a family home by Adam Henry
Carl, this home was later known as Lakewood Lodge between the 1920's and
1960's run by Bertha Caton. We are proud to continue this tradition.
Whether your stay at our bed and breakfast is a romantic getaway, casual
escape, or a business retreat, we endeavour to exceed both your needs and
your expectations. Please feel free to approach our staff with any questions
or requests you may have. If your party requires specific services please
let us know in advance so that we can be sure to accommodate you. We offer
two main floor suites for your convenience.
Enjoy the tranquility of yesteryear with all the comforts of today. Our newly restored property offers six fabulous guest rooms, each with private baths and some with two-person whirlpools. Year round cottage rentals are also available.
Our aim is to pamper you with our luxury linens, Egyptian cotton towels, downey duvets and comfy beds. (Linens, custom bathrobes & toiletries available in our boutique!) Unwind, de-stress, rejuvenate yourself in one of our tranquil gardens or in a Muskoka chair along the waterfront!
Call for schedule of special events or to book your own family reunion, wedding or birthday party. Marquis tents are available with advance notice. Book the whole house and/or grounds for your special event!
Vacation Rental Policies
| Other Policies: Please note that we require a credit card in advance to confirm your reservation. Our B&B offers you a full refund with 72 hours cancellation notice, a $25 handling charge with less than 72 hours notice. Cottage guests are required to give a 25% non refundable deposit. To reserve the whole property we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.

Lakewood : $130
Luxuriously appointed room with two twin beds and private 4 piece bathroom. Located on the main floor, this room also offers complimentary bathrobes for your convenience.
The Parlour : $160
Luxuriously appointed suite with one queen size bed and a queen size pull out couch. Formerly the parlour of this gracious home, with waterfront south view and private 3 piece shower. Located on the main floor, this suite has been modified to suit most guests with mobility issues. Conveniently located to a private waterfront verandah. This room also has a TV with DVD and numerous movies to choose from at no additional charge. Complimentary bathrobes for your convenience.
Homestead: $140
Wonderful queen room with western view and warm colours. Large tiled 3 pc.shower ensuite.
Roman Splendour: $150
Magestic decor compliments this fabulous and romantic queen room. Fabulous 2 person oval-shaped therapeutic whirlpool tub and great view of the sunny waterfront & adjacent terrace.
Sweet Heart : $150
Romantic heart-shaped 2 person whirlpool tub enhances the privacy of this private 2nd floor King getaway. Great waterfront view - steps from the covered terrace - ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The Blue Room: $140
Decorated in relaxing blue & white, this room features a queen size bed with small reading and sitting area facing east. 3 piece ensuite with large shower.
Delight in a sumptuous, full breakfast, served in our elegant dining room or on our screened-in porch. Continental breakfasts are also available, with service or self serve. We offer a smoke-free environment.
Special weekend cookouts can be booked for your group. Here you will be able to experience the tastes of other cultures and the talents of great chefs. A great event for a weekend getaway! Allow us to set up a special weekend for your group.
For guests staying at the inn, breakfast is served at 8:00 am or 9:00 am. Additional breakfast guests are welcome at a nominal fee with advance notice.
