Our eighth floor, 4 bedroom condominium is just a short 15 minute ride from the airport and 25 minutes from the centre of Puerto Vallarta. Situated where the jungle meets the sea along Banderas Bay, the condo provides stunning views of Punta de Mita to the North and Mismaloya to the South. It is one of the largest condos in the new Villa Magna development, with over 2,300 square feet of living space, including a large patio, where you can watch the world go by.

We have a full sized designer kitchen with granite countertops and a very large dining and living area all with sweeping views of the Bay. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, utensils, appliances and washer and dryer. In the living room is a flat screen television where you can enjoy SKY Digital TV. Bring your laptop - we have a high speed internet connection.
We would love for you to stay at our condominium - you will think that you have arrived in paradise as soon as you walk through the door and see the view. Our bi-lingual property manager is on hand to assist you with any questions you might have during your stay. She can organize for you to have in-home yoga lessons, a Shiatsu Massage and for a cook who will come to the condominium and make you traditional Mexican meals. Prior to your visit, we can give you advice on car rentals and excursion planning. Villa Magna is a gated resort with 24 hour security guards. We are minutes away from many restaurants, golf courses and the Paradise Village shopping mall. Spa, Gym, Beach Club and tennis courts to be completed at Villa Magna in September, 2008.
Nuevo Vallarta is an amazing vacation spot, offering beach and water activities, such as jet skiing, parasailing, surfing, boogie boarding, sunbathing and land and sea tours. Enjoy tours to nearby towns, where you can get a taste of Mexican culture. During winter and spring, you can enjoy whale watching tours, where you will see humpback whales and dolphins that have migrated to Banderas Bay to reproduce. During the summer and fall, you can witness the endangered sea tortoises that use the shores of Nuevo Vallarta as their nesting grounds. Endless activities, rich culture and the breathtaking scenery will provide an unforgettable vacation experience for both young and old alike.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this condominium. It has everything that you could need, with all the modern comforts and a strikingly beautiful view! The decoration of the condominium is exquisite and the attention we received from the owners and the manager made us feel at home. The condominium is superbly located with respect to shops, restaurants, shopping mall, and everything needed for a memorable holiday. The only thing that was bad was that we had to leave. We spent a very memorable and relaxing week with friends at this breathtaking condo. The view is spectacular, and the decor of this very spacious condo is beautiful. The owners are wonderful to deal with and true to their word in their vivid description of their condo and the surrounding area. The beach is steps away and the pool is outside your door. Boogie boards, and other beach toys for small children are supplied. All other amenities that you can think of seem to be provided as well. Again, the owners have thought of everything to make it a comfortable and convenient vacation for you. The Manager was absolutely delightful to deal with as well. She arranged for a traditional Mexican meal to be cooked for us; and it was fabulous. She also provided her services and did a little babysitting for us so we could enjoy some time jet-skiing and have an evening out. We enjoyed dining at several restaurants that were recommended by the owners; Etc which is a 5 min. walk up the beach was great for lunch, and Fajita Republic was a 10 min. walk and wonderful for a good dinner and margaritas. If you love dolphins, we can also recommend that you go and swim with the dolphins at "Dolphin Adventures". It was fabulous and our kids (aged 2) loved it!! You can also sit on the balcony every morning and watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea eagles in the bay. We can highly recommend this condo to anyone who would like a Relaxing vacation, with or without children, it is the perfect spot. We would definitely rent this condo again.
