The unit offers over 1100 square feet of waterfront luxury that includes a living room with fireplace, an upstairs master bedroom with private walkout deck, en-suite bathroom, convenient laundry and rustic view. A private boat slip, full entertainment centre, internet access and a warm well-appointed interior featuring the art of local artists makes this an ideal vacation spot for families of any age. Even the linens are included.

The property is centrally located in a private enclave on a quite bay on Anstruther lake. This cozy, spacious well equipped cottage offers all the amenities you would expect in a luxury property. A five minute drive (2 minutes by boat) to the marina, or a quick seven minute drive to Apsley provides access to groceries, restaurants, post office, medical services and a drug store.

Upstairs you will find a very spacious master bedroom with an inviting queen size bed, private walk out deck, full en-suite four piece bathroom and closet laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. Just a short walk down the hall to the front of the home you will find an equally large well appointed second bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and rustic nine drawer dresser. Need an extra bed? No problem, there is a Queen sofa in the living room and another quuen sofa bed in the basement den.
