Property Information
We have a really large 3600 square foot home with two master suites in Old Town Park City. It's large size and location make it ideal for families, friends, or other small groups. It has a large open kitchen with double ovens and island cooktop. A huge 2 car garage can really help get you going on snowy mornings. Relax in the private hot tub or by the fireplace after a day at the ski resorts, shopping, or mountain biking.
For those familiar with Old Town in Park City, our home sits in elevation just above Grappa and the Wasatch Brew Pub (Restaurants on Main Street) both just a 5 minute walk away. The street location is near the intersection of Hillside Ave and Prospect Street and just off Marsac Avenue which goes up to Silverlake and Empire Lodge in Deer Valley.
Walking down to Main Street and the Trolley requires only one set of stairs from Marsac Ave to Swede Alley located on the uppermost parking lot on Marsac Avenue above City Hall.
In the summer you have access mountain bikiing trails from open space with historic rock walls right across the street.
