Property Information
Historic yet modern exquisite old house in the heart of town. Originally built in1827 was totally renovated and converted into a comfortable and cosy house in 1998. It is located half a block from Queen street, a minute away by foot to the main theatres, shops, the lake and the golf course. It really has a fabulous location.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms. 3 full bathrooms and 2 extra seating areas. The open concept of its living and dining room is formal yet charming. Separated by French doors, the kitchen is a jewel on its own. It is fully equipped and functional, has its own eating area and is very bright and pleasant. The front porch invites you to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun while sipping a cold drink and watching the horse carriages passing by. The back patio is private, fully equipped with gas grill and garden furniture. It is surrounded by beautiful flower beds and a pond.
The house has all the comfort and facilities you want, such as central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV and DVD/VCR player. It has parking for two cars
