Property Information

The Beach Boys on one of their many trips to the Florida
Keys (they are Mojito buds with Jimmy Buffett) stayed at
Havana Hideaway and wrote the song Kokomo -
according to a very reliable source at the Pink Cab
Company. The house is a modern two-story, built in
the best conch tradition it features two bedrooms en
suite, and two and a half baths. The spacious
downstairs opens to a private yard with heated pool
and a covered outdoor dining area. Tropically
landscaped it is the best in outdoor living. The living
room features a queen sleeper-sofa, cable TV, VCR,
and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen has everything
including a breakfast bar, Bose Wave Radio/CD player,
side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and
glass-top stove. The kitchen has all the tools - a
breakfast bar for the visiting bartender - and a dining
room that seats six. TV's in each bedroom and two off-
street parking spaces. All of this and only two an a half
blocks to the Atlantic and one block off Duval!

Other little things include private telephone line with
answering machine, 2 King Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, A/C,
ceiling fans, washer & dryer, in-room safe, iron and
ironing board, hairdryer, and lush beach towels.

Deposits: one night's stay or 50% of entire booking, whichever is greater

Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee and $25 handling fee, upon 30 days written notice. If cancellation occurs within the 30 day cancellation period, the entire stay is non-refundable.

Other Fees: $25, per night per additional guest $20, per night per pet $25, non-refundable reservation fee
