Property Information

What an idyllic setting! Picture a new cottage with all
the must have's for a great Key West vacation - in a
setting that nature provided in the late 1800's - the
hardwood canopy is stunning! The Tommy Bahama
furniture is set off by the marble floors and the small
mini kitchen; refrigerator, coffee maker, drink blender,
toaster, and microwave makes relaxing in your own
private hot tub replete with Tiki Hut as festive or
relaxing as your mood dictates. If you want, move the
party outdoors - a grill in a private outdoor setting
complete with a Key West original - a private outdoor
shower - of course it's big enough for two. Got you
dreaming yet? It's a tough choice - a block to Duval
Street - doors down from the Hemingway House - or
utilize the complimentary pass to Fort Zachary Taylor
(the locals favorite beach) or watch TV in bed on your
LCD flat screen - if you're still stumped call us we are
always there to assist you.

Required Stay: Contact Bone Island Vacation Rentals for minimum stay requirements

Deposits: Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.

Lodging Tax: 12.5%

Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee and $25 handling fee, upon 30 days written notice. If cancellation occurs within the 30 day cancellation period, the entire stay is non-refundable.

Other Fees: Additionally there is a non-refundable $25.00 reservation fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates do apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.

Other Policies: Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
