Property Information
Located in Old Town Key West tucked off of Simonton Street lies a beautiful home that will entice, entertain, and excite the pickiest of travelers. This spacious three story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a private heated pool and lovely deck area surrounded by tropical foliage and shrubbery.
Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the balcony off the master bedroom before you head out to town for a day of adventures. Old Town Garden is only 1 block to Duval Street and is walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries that make Key West famous.
The first floor offers living, dining and kitchen, in a open floor plan. There is also a half bath for convenience. Just off the kitchen through the back door is your own private pool and deck.
On the second floor you will find the master bed room furnished with a queen size bed and stunning master bath; large tub and separate shower and beautiful granite counter tops. On the third floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a shared bath in between.
Entertain your guests with home cooked meals prepared in the spacious kitchen; linger over dessert in your dining room and after move to the pool for drinks! The choices are endless and you'll have no problem keeping busy on our island and keeping happy in our home. Come stay and play in Paradise.
