Property Information

The Beachcomber Bungalow is an original 1948 beach bungalow, which has been upgraded, with it's original charm left intact. Just 2 blocks from the beach it has a "real" front porch, and a large wind protected back deck, with a fire pit, and ATV Parking. It's an affordable getaway for two or bring along your children. It's located on a short street in one of Heceta Beach's original neighborhoods.

The Beachcomber Bungalow is 540 square foot gem that has been updated and well cared for. A newly remodeled bathroom, new paint, an updated kitchen and a large wind protected front porch & rear deck. It has one bedroom with a full size bed and In the living room you'll find a twin futon. There is also a cozy wood stove. While everything else has gone non-smoking, the homeowners appreciate that there are some people out there that still enjoy the hobby, so this is our only "SMOKING" vacation rental. It comes equipped with an ionic-air cleaner.

Out back there is a 6x12 dog kennel for your furry friends. There is parking for 2 full sized vehicles out front, and alley access to park an additional rig & atv trailer, however wherever you park, you will have to disconnect from your trailer.. There is also a nice fire pit with wood provided .

The Beachcomber Bungalow is a short drive from the Historic Old Town Florence gift shops, wine bars, coffee bistros, and fabulous seafood restaurants. Explore some of the best fishing on one of 27 local lakes, or play out on some of the finest sand dunes, and state parks that Oregon has to offer.

The Beachcomber Bungalow is a (2 block) 5 minute walk from the Ocean and while it doesn't have an ocean view, it's on a large lot, and you can still enjoy the sounds of the surf and watching blazing sunsets of orange & gold.
