Property Information
This charming, 1,677 sq. ft. house was built in 1932 and is located only five minutes from downtown Reno. Except for the master bedroom, which is carpeted, the home has the original hardwood floors and a beautiful barrel ceiling in the living room. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom. A study/bedroom off the master bedroom has a twin size daybed with a trundle. A fully tiled bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and a second bathroom, with a shower and alcoved tub, is near the second bedroom. The home is graciously furnished with many antiques from around the world, including a wonderful elephant collection. (There is even a painting in the study/bedroom by an elephant!).
The modern, fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and a washer and dryer. There is a small eating alcove in the kitchen, as well as a formal dining room off the kitchen. For outside dining, there is a gas barbeque on the private backyard patio and seating for six.

Special Event prices: (3 night minimum)

$1,775.00 per week*
$825.00 three nights*
*Prices do not include the $100 cleaning fee for each stay, or the 12% local room tax we are required to charge on stays under 28 days. We also require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).
