For some of you who know that we have lost our homes to the Angora Fire of June 2007, we are excited to bring back our newly rebuilt and redesigned Forest Mountain Estate to offer you and all our new visitors the amenities for LUXURIOUS CONTEMPORARY MOUNTAIN LIVING!
Forest Mountain Estate is a BRAND NEW CONTEMPORARY private mountain resort. Enjoy 6000 sq ft of luxury mountain living in this custom designed and accomplished vacation home featuring a warm and elegant great room with a wood burning fireplace, beamed ceilings and cozy dark wood floors and soft and calm wall color schemes. There is a lovely dining area and a gourmet kitchen with wood and fine rock finishes. Accentuated by the appointment of select furnishings and lighting, the most striking features of this home are the light interiors, complemented by simple architectural lines and modern design touches throughout..and more! This mountain retreat sits on a private cul-de-sac, surrounded only by breathtaking panoramic views, to be enjoyed by all from the large picture windows around the home and from all three large decks.
Other amenities include 6 bedrooms consisting of 3 master suites (with King beds), a 4th King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms.
There are five and a half elegantly designed bathrooms in the home, complete with towels and luxurious toiletries.
For your entertainment, the home has a sunken Media room with surround sound cable channel viewing, a 92" flat screen. modular furniture seating for your comfort and lounging experience, a wet bar, a pool table, large decks with natural gas BBQ hookup, seating for dining outdoors, a private outdoor hot tub for 7, and an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL room with a steam/shower, sauna and seating by a fireplace !

Vacation Rental Policies

| Required Stay: 2-night minimum stay, except for holiday and peak periods

| Deposits: A refundable deposit of $1,000.00 and 50% of total charges will be required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% of total charges must be received in advance of 45 days prior to arrival. A 10% Transit tax and $400 Cleaning fee is added to all stays. |
| Other Policies: Cancellations must be given 45 days in advance as well as any changes to your reservation. Upon receipt of your timely cancellation, we will refund you 50% of the initial deposit. Cancellations within 45 days are responsible for the full stay.
Overoccupancy and undeclared large events are not permitted.
All long distance calls must be charged to a credit card or dialed collect. There is no charge for local calls.
Each electronic card key that is not returned will be a $20.00 deduction from the refundable security deposit.
Costs incurred resulting from excessive cleaning required beyond normal cleaning time will be charged to the guest.
For groups of up to 30 people, our two adjacent homes on a private cul-de-sac may be reserved together for a combined 11 bedrooms in all. Conveniently cross over between Forest Mountain Estate and Forest Mountain Lodge and take pleasure in all the wonderful amenities both homes have to offer. |

For your protection, a security system with 24 hour monitoring is in place and simple to operate.
Wireless High-Speed Internet is accessible throughout the home.
For extended stays, there is a laundry area equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and laundry supplies.
The gourmet kitchen offers fine cabinetry and modern tile and natural stone finishes. There are complete sets of dinnerware, glasses, barware, silverware and cooking utensils for all your dining and entertaining needs. If desired, chef prepared gourmet meals may also be arranged.
