Come explore beautiful St. George, Utah while relaxing at our spacious, three-bedroom house. Our luxurious home is located in a quite neighborhood, surrounded by mountains and red sandstone cliffs.
The house can accommodate up to 9 people, sleeping 6 comfortably. This house provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3-car garage, and over 1800 square feet. It includes a gated, heated community swimming pool and putting green just 200 yards away.
The Living room is great for family gatherings or relaxing together watching movies on our flat-screen television.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a new posturepedic King size bed, jetted tub and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with new Queen size beds that are very comfortable and one bassinet for a small child or infant.
The kitchen is complete with all the appliances & accessories you will need including: washer & dryer, toaster, kitchen knives, cutting board, can opener, cooking pans & pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, bowls, pitchers, tupperware, cooking utensils, etc.
St. George is a 1 ½ hour drive away from Las Vegas, Nevada.
About 45 minute drive away from Zions Park.
About 2 hour drive away from Bryce National Park.
Nearest airport: Saint George airport 3 miles away.
It is located within 4 miles of the beautiful cliffs of Snow State Park and Tuachan musical outdoor theater.

Additional Rate Information
June – Sept: $150 per night (2 night minimum) or $900 for the week
October – May: $225 per night (2 night minimum) or $1200 for the week

| Deposits: Security Deposit of $500 |
| Cancellation Policy: 15. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Rental Fee (including security deposit of $500) amount is fully refundable up to Sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period. After Sixty (60) days prior to the rental period the Landlord shall have the right to retain fifty percent (50%) of the initial Rental Fee at the Landlord's discretion. A cancellation Fourteen (14) days prior, tenant shall forfeit the entire Rental Fee. |
| Other Fees: No Cleaning Fee unless premises is left in unacceptable condition then a $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from Security Deposit. |
