Property Information
With interiors designed by the owner/artist, Sea Stars Cottage offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico from its beachside location.
The ground floor has fenced-in area, gated access to the sand dunes with path to the beach. Enjoy the grilling area and shaded party patio where a big hammock beckons! Custom-built stairs take you straight up to the 30’ deck.
The main level gourmet kitchen is a dream! It features a 6-burner gas stove, commercial style separate stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, a large island, seated counter bar, and cabinets galore. A pantry off the kitchen holds a high-end washer and dryer and more storage space (which includes multiple culinary bonuses).
The kitchen is part of the great open area, featuring a bar, dining room and living space. The large flat-screen television is recessed above the gas fireplace. This level also includes the “corner” bar’s ice machine and wine fridge is guarded by a seahorse overhead…truly an equine with a mermaid’s tail! French doors lead to the outside deck for a spectacular Gulf view. The main level has two bedrooms with a northerly view of the Lagoon, located just across West Beach Boulevard, and a shared bath with double vanity sinks.
The second level’s master suite, with its canopied king bed, overlooks the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Note the whimsical mermaid flying high above the large master bath spa! This space also features a walk-in shower. Just down the hall is your library or kids’ bedroom. Plenty of shelves with lots of kids’ books! This bedroom features two twin beds and is the perfect hide-out area for the kids or the young at heart. The northwest bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen television. The northeast bedroom has two twin beds. Two full guest baths are also on this level.
You will be seeing stars each night from this beach house! The artist/owner’s personal touch is in every room --- whimsical and comfortable --- you’ll love it at Sea Stars Cottage!

| Deposits: Condominiums
Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to one night's rent per week or $150; whichever is greater. Balance due on arrival. Take advantage of our Express Check-in Service by prepaying at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly Stays: Advance payment is $200-$500 (depending on the property), and this amount does apply toward rent.
Beach Homes
Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and Changes
We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
