The main level is beautifully tiled throughout. The north master bedroom has a flat screen television, is warmly carpeted and its walls have been carefully textured. Move into the master bath area and you’ll find a large walk-in closet with shelving for shoes, hanging clothes, and plenty of drawer space. There is a private half-bath and a stylish contemporary vanity with shelving. The tiled, glass-doored shower has multiple sprayer heads, comfortable seating area and a window looks out onto a large garden tub.
The kitchen features a refrigerator with bottom-drawer freezer, a microwave and found under the spectacular granite top is an icemaker, all stainless steel. The unique island houses the cooktop and open, pull-drawer storage at your fingertips. The star of this kitchen is the large pantry, with shelving for every type appliance and food item. Bar seating and a large dining table round out this area. Just beyond is cozy seating area, perfect for a quick read or afternoon nap. Directly across are (sliding) glass doors leading to the outside deck. The remainder of the living area features a beautiful leather sectional sofa and flat-screen television. From here you enjoy a Gulf-front view. Step through (sliding) glass doors here onto a deck area, one portion covered with a seating area and the remainder open to the sun!
The second level northwest bedroom has a standard bed, flat-screen television and a spacious full shower/tub bathroom. A single sleigh bed and a full bed in the northeast bedroom are complimented by a large full shower/tub bathroom. This level features a most unique laundry room --- large, with more cabinets than you can imagine, extensive folding/stacking countertop area and high end washer/dryer.
A huge area with cabinets and clothes hanging rack can hold everything you bring to the beach! The second level Gulf-facing master bedroom has a king bed with (sliding) doors --- just step through to your private balcony. The stunning feature on this floor is the master bath. The west-side anteroom has a desk with computer, DSL hookup, keyboard and chair to keep you wired! Bordering the wall is a beautiful wet bar with an under-counter stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. Enter the master bath with its separate half-bath, unique vanity closet, two vanities on each side, a large garden tub, and tiled, glass-doored walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.

| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and Changes
We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
