Property Information
This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home, located directly on the beach, sits nestled on the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. Guylande Pass is located approximately 2.9 miles west of Highway 59 on West Beach Blvd. just before the pass bridge. The first floor features two large bedrooms, each with two double beds with one offering a private full-size bathroom. Also included on the first floor are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and full-size hall bathroom. The south end of the first floor opens to a large sun deck, which is great for lazy afternoons listening to the gulf tide. The upstairs floor has three bedrooms, two of which offer a queen-size bed and private full-size bathroom with an adjoining deck. The master suite features a king-size bed, a separate seating area and a private balcony. The master suite also has a private full-size bathroom.

| Required Stay: 7 nights in-season, 3 nights off-season |
| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries |

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
