Property Information
This exquisitely decorated 2-level direct beachfront home is located approximately 4.2 miles west of Highway 59 on West Beach Boulevard. The ground level of the home offers a beautiful covered courtyard with brick floors. The main level of this home features beautiful Italian tile floors throughout the living room, dining room, and kitchen and out onto the Gulf-front covered deck. The living room area is centralized and offers the enjoyment of a baby grand piano. Connected to this room is a large dining room, which has a granite top table which seats up to 12 people. In addition there are 4 barstools facing the kitchen. Just to the north side of the dining room is the professional kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a double-sided refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, double oven, wine cooler, and professional stove. Two Gulf-front master suites are also on this main level. The southeast bedroom features a king-size bed, private open balcony and private bath with a marbled vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. The southwest bedroom features a queen-size bed, private open balcony, and private bath with a marble vanity and a jetted tub/shower combination.
The second level has four bedrooms and an entertainment room with flat screen TV, DVD player, and VCR. Two of the bedrooms are master suites and are located on the south end of the house, both with queen-size beds, private baths and private open balconies. The other two bedrooms are on the north side of the house. The northeast bedroom has two twin beds and the northwest bedroom has twin bunk beds and one twin. A centrally-located full-size bath and laundry room are also available.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
