You and your family are right on the Gulf of Mexico beach at Island Tower Condominium. Island Tower in Gulf Shores offers 3-bedroom, 3- bath properties with spectacular Gulf views. Upgraded kitchen cabinetry is accented with fine granite countertops. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances such as double ovens and side-by-side refrigerator/freezers.
Foyers, kitchens, bathrooms, breakfast areas, and laundry rooms have travertine tile and 9-foot ceilings add to the breezy beach ambience you expect in a Gulf Coast beach condo. Master bedroom has balcony accesses. Master bathroom features a jetted tub, separate shower and walk-in closet.
Corner properties have additional features to include feature additional windows, which are tinted and rise floor to ceiling, and a second private balcony accessible from the second and third bedroom.
Island Tower offers a Gulf-front heated indoor pool and sauna, and a sandy playground for the kids. The Gulf-front fitness center is found on the fourth level. The building provides open and covered parking and 2 elevators for added convenience. At just .5 miles from Hwy 59, you are a short walk to the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama's shopping and restaurant area.

| Deposits: Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to one night's rent per week or $150; whichever is greater. Balance due on arrival. Take advantage of our Express Check-in Service by prepaying at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly Stays: Advance payment is $200-$500 (depending on the property), and this amount does apply toward rent.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
