Property Information

Cruise in to Crews Quarters with your crew! This newer Gulf-front 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is not only spacious but all 6 bedrooms offer a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located approximately 3.8 miles west of Hwy 59, Crews Quarters is multi-level with a large open deck where you can relax and listening to the wave action. A concrete driveway leads to plenty of parking and the home’s ground level entrance. The wood boardwalk with convenient outside shower makes the trip to and from the beach much easier.

The main or first level of Crews Quarters features a spacious living area enhanced with high ceilings and windows that bring the sunshine in to an already sunny yellow room. Step through the door to the outside deck and for those who can’t wait to put their toes in the sand there are steps leading to the crystal white beach below. In mid-deck, however, a surprise awaits. A beautiful pool with plenty of swim room, elevated above the beach! Plenty of sun deck space surrounds this unique amenity.

Incorporated into the living area is the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and bar seating. A wet bar with a sink and ice machine is located on the northeast side of this area along with a convenient half bath. The bedrooms are located on the east and west side of the home; each has a king bed and private full bath with jetted whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity.


Heading upstairs to the second level is a roomy common area that includes two corner nooks that can be used for game playing, reading, additional sleeping or just hanging out! Located in the middle is a morning kitchen with a sink, small refrigerator, and basic appliances. A full size laundry facility is located on the west end of this space. The west and east bedrooms each have a king bed and private full baths. In addition, each has private access to an outside deck perfect for afternoon reading. The guest bedrooms in the middle on this level have two twin beds and two bunks, one with an additional twin trundle. Crews Quarters has beautifully tiled floors and carpet throughout, granite countertops, and a professionally decorated interior. This home will sleep 16 with 4 kings, two twins, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa.

Payment Options: We've been renting the area's finest vacation beach homes and condominiums for more than 29 years and are confident you will be pleased with the value you will receive with our vacation rentals and our service. We accept U.S. currency, personal checks,

Required Stay:  7 nights in-season, 3 nights off-season
Deposits:  Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300. If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week. In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service. Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries
Lodging Tax:  11%
Cancellation Policy:  We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable. Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened. Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons. Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice. If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
Other Fees:  Housekeeping rates vary depending on property. Non-refundable Security Deposit Protector® and Reservation Processing Fee required on each reservation.
