You won't be afraid of this monster; he's just taking a vacation!
This newly constructed duplex, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with multiple decks offering great views and gathering places for family and friends, is certain to become your playground in the sand.
The first level features a large living area, dining area and fully-equipped, modern kitchen. There is a north side master bedroom with a king bed and private full bath. This level offers a small den/media area with additional sleeping and relaxation space with an adjacent full bath. The second level features a Gulf-front master suite with king bed, private access to the outside deck for quiet respite, and a private master bath with jetted tub and separate shower. There is also a north side guest bedroom, featuring a king bed and private bath. Completing this level are the two middle guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king, which share a Hollywood-style bath.
Topping off this great, new duplex is a third level with a Gulf-front bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The north bedroom has two queen beds and set of twin bunk beds with a shared bath. The middle bedroom has two twin bunk beds. A shared pool with the west side of the duplex makes for a "monster of a good time" at this great new vacation propery.
Sea Monster is non-smoking.
The current bedding is 5 kings, 3 queens, 3 twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa accommodating up to 22 guests.

| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
