Property Information
Just off the beaten path on the Fort Morgan peninsula you’ll find The Beach Club, a full service resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Situated between the sparkling waters of the Gulf and historic Mobile Bay just west of Gulf Shores, this beach vacation destination offers unique privacy and easy access to area attractions.
These 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units feature private balconies with breathtaking views of the Gulf, along with fully equipped kitchens and modern appliances. Guests have full use of outdoor facilities, including outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts. The Club lobby offers 2 DVD rental machines and an ATM. For a nominal fee, guests may access the spa and sauna, steam shower, massage rooms, exercise facility, indoor pool and whirlpool tub. (Some units may not have access to the club house facilities, so please ask your Kaiser Realty Reservationist).
You’ll also enjoy The Restaurant and its exotic Palm Bar, which overlooks the beach activity below; the Gulfside Grill and the Tiki Bar, perfect for casual dining. The poolside cabana is available for those snap seasonal purchases you may need for a day in the water and sun. Don’t miss the food, gifts and treats at the Village Market & Grill, Village Mercantile and Village Coffee & Cones. The Village Meeting Place can easily accommodate your group gathering.
The Beach Club is 11.5 miles down the historic Dixie Graves Parkway (Alabama Hwy 180). The Beach Club is also located near Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club and the Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

| Deposits: Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to one night's rent per week or $150; whichever is greater. Balance due on arrival. Take advantage of our Express Check-in Service by prepaying at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly Stays: Advance payment is $200-$500 (depending on the property), and this amount does apply toward rent.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
