Welcome to our home. It is located on an L shaped canal which allows privacy while swimming in the pool or just relaxing in the lanai. Your view is the stretch down the canal.
We have two lifts. One lift is for a boat and another for a small watercraft, similar to a Jetski. There are several boat rental places in the area. With two left turns you will be in the Caloosahatchee River which leads to the gulf. It takes about 10 minutes to the river.
The pool is heated by two solar panals to keep it warm during the cooler months while keeping our cost down and allowing us to go a little more green. The spa is spacious and very relaxing. There are ligths in the pool to allow for night time swimming. Both pool and spa are maintained weekly throughout the year. The lanai also has a brand new grill just purchases Mar. 1st, 2011.
Our property is maintained by a professional lawn service throughout the year. We have several fruit trees and plants to keep out property beautiful.
There are three spacious rooms all with walk-in closets. The master and queen room have patio doors leading out the the lanai. The master and double room have TV with cable. All rooms are kept with clean bedding upon arrival. All laundry is done prior to each guest arrival.
The kitchen is modern and kept up to date. We ensure kitchenware is up to date and replaced when necessary. There is counter seating in the kitchen along with a pass-through to the lanai seating area that seats six.
We setup a wireless access point to allow Internet access anywhere in the house. This is great for when you want to use your laptop while on the lanai. We also have cable and FREE phone, both local and long distance.
OUr home is very speicial to us and we hope our guests feel as comfortable in our home as they are in their own.
