Property Information
Rocky Top is a beautiful new home right on Norris Lake. The home is built on what is called the 1044, which means it is built as close to the lake as allowed. This Villa floor plan, which sleeps 26, offers a wonderful home for stress-free vacations. It has high vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows for amazing views of the lake, and lots of space for family and friends to gather and have fun.
The main floor has a kitchen, a dining room, a great room with a 46” flat panel TV and DVD player, 1 ˝ baths, and the master bedroom which has a king bed, and a private master bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of full bunk beds (sleeps 8). Both bedrooms have a private sink, and they share a jack-n-jill bathroom. There is a children’s loft on the third floor which has twin bunk beds. The lower level has a family room with a 28” TV and DVD player, a full bathroom, a bedroom with two full bunk beds (sleeps 8), a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunks, and a utility room with a washer, dryer and a full refrigerator.
