Flat Hollow Villa is a beautiful new home right on Norris Lake. The home is built on what is called the 1044, which means it is built as close to the lake as allowed. This Villa floor plan, which sleeps 32, offers a wonderful home for stress-free vacations. It has high vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows for amazing views of the lake, and lots of space for family and friends to gather and have fun.

The main floor has an extra large kitchen, a dining room, a great room with a 42” flat panel TV and DVD player, 1 full bath, and the master bedroom which has a king bed. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two sets of full bunk beds (sleeps 8). Both bedrooms have a private sink, and they share a jack-n-jill bathroom. There is a children’s loft on the third floor which has a double bed. The lower level has a family room with a 42” flat panel TV and DVD player, a full bathroom, a bedroom with two full bunk beds (sleeps 8), a bedroom with a queen bed and a double bunk bed, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. This home also has another level with 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring a queen bed.
