This sparkling NEW condo with coastal decor embraces the solitude of the quiet beach community of Sandbridge and provides the comforts of home with the amenities of an exclusive resort. From your spectacular southeastern location, you'll be spellbound when you look out to see a magical panoramic view of the unique coastal peninsula landscape that includes the Atlantic Ocean, sand dunes and grasses, the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, and the bayside banks. As you relax on one of your two balconies, you may gaze at children playing in the surf, people sunning on the beach, someone fishing off the pier, or families biking to see the ponies and wildlife at the refuge. The Castle in the Sand provides everything for a family vacation, a personal retreat, or a romantic getaway. It includes Hi-Speed WiFi, cable TV in both bedrooms, and in the living room a wall mounted 47" HDTV Home Theater w/surround sound, DVD, CD player and iPod dock. DON'T PACK SO MUCH! Towels and linens are provided, as well as a full size washer and dryer. The foyer closet contains beach supplies, (chairs, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards), games, books, and puzzles. Plenty of room to play at the 8 seat counter height dining table. Kitchen utensils and necessities, even BBQ tools are provided. Do bring your outdoor activity gear (bikes, canoes, kayaks, etc.) Private secure storage area access on the Garage level for these type of items!
