Coconuts is designed with a tropical, casual elegance and style. From the inviting, vaulted great room with a 52" H/D T.V., to the bright and cheerful bedrooms. Every feature has been thoughtfully detailed to transport you into a state of beach bliss! A gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas grill and two refrigerators will keep the chefs happy. Kids will have a ball in the oversized rec room with game table, TV, VCR, DVD player, surround sound with ipod dock stations for your ipod, and tons of room for fun! A high chair and port-a-crib are included for the little ones. There is an office area if you need one and wireless internet access available throughout the house and porches. Every bedroom has cable TV, 3 of the bedrooms have private baths. There are 5.5 baths. This home is located in Dolphin Ridge, an exclusive, gated, oceanside community. Bonus: THE POOL CAN BE HEATED for an extra $250.00.00 per week. It has a heat pump which can keep the water warm for you as long as the ambient temperature is 50F or higher.
