Great location!! Desirable unit in the charming area of Emiliano Zapata, old town. This comfortable, bright and elegant 2 bedroom two bath unit in impeccable condition, extremely quiet condo. Laundry room is a plus and so is Internet connection. Steps to shopping, restaurants and beach. Parking space included.
Easy and affordable shopping possibilities: Shopping is made easy living in this place. A daily market: Emiliano Zapata is around the corner where you find all you need for your daily life: the freshest vegetables, fruits, meat of first quality, spices, tortillas, milk products etc.
Eating out: Eating out is made easy...and withing walking distance...a great variety of restaurants, mainly Mexican food, delicious and savory. There is something for every purse from sophisticated to down to earth cooking. Be curious and try it all out.
Review from Clint Norman: I have been spending vacation time in Puerto Vallarta for the past five years now and the 2009 Christmas and New Year of 2010 was the best ever! I managed to get a time that matched my vacation time perfectly in the most wonderful condo, that of Matthias Vogt on Francisco I Madero 536. I was by myself however the condo would have easily hosted 4 people because of its size. It had two bedrooms, two very complete bathrooms as well as a full kitchen, laundry, dining and living area. It was excellent in every way to meet all my day to day needs and is very centrally located and quite close to a delightful and friendly market place that is just around the corner. I do not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who may decide to vacation in Puerto Vallarta because of its location, its very accommodating owner, and its ambiance! I hope that all have as wonderful a vacation as I did. I will return as soon as possible!

Each bedroom has either a closet or sufficient storing space, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Beds are of best quality. Bedroom #1 has a writing table and an extra sofa for reading and bookshelves. Both bedrooms are contiguous to their respective bathroom.

All items are new, place has been painted recently. Building is about 3 years old. The place is cool and dry also during raining season.

It is located very near the River Cuale and a short walk across a little suspension bridge brings you to a central park that leads to the town's major market place and the beach about a 10 minute walk away. If you are not so adventureous as to take the suspension bridge to the park, amenities including restaurants, shops clubs and bars are found just a few minutes walk away in almost any direction.
I do not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who may decide to vacation in Puerto Vallarta because of its location, its very accomodating owner, and its ambience! I hope that all have as wonderful a vacation as I did. I will return as soon as possible!
