WELCOME TO UNIT 314 Owner Managment with a Personal Touch!
NOW RENTING FOR THE 2008 SEASON /New for the 2008 season a DVR/VHS movie, music and book library for your enjoyment! + 2 TOURING BIKES
Also, new games will be added that are not listed below. HBO, also included for your enjoyment! Wireless Internet Access in the game room!
WEEKLY RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, or Bi-weekly, Monthly, or Seasonal
You get to use OUR BEACH TOYS, BOARD GAMES, BOOGIE BOARDS (Yatzee,Chess, Scrabble,Checkers, UNO), BEACH CHAIRS and a BEACH UMBRELLA.
You can go to the visitor's center(s) on the island to get free information and phamplets. When you go shopping at the supermarket for the week for food, supplies and paper products, the information pamplets and booklets are also in the local stores.
There is a DVD, VCR and 2 TVs in our condo.
We have purchased 2 BEDS with NEW PILLOWTOP MATTRESSES in THE BEDROOM (1 queen and 1 full)(sleeps 2 in each bed)
There is also 1 SOFA /BED (sleeps 2/full living room area.
Come on down to our little piece of paradise! We believe that we have a taste of the tropics on the east coast this summer! UNIT 314 in Wildwood Crest is our NJ ISLAND PARADISE. It has been our experience that there is nothing like stepping out of your door and viewing the magnificent ocean and breathtaking sunrises! Stretch and breathe in the fresh ocean air! Go for a walk on the beach! The sky is the limit for activities for you!
Our beach condo has a seashore decor inside for our beachlovers. It is equipped with a KITCHEN area that has a full stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, countertop, and kitchen utensils. There is a cool looking ISLAND FAN in the center of the living room area, which blows a soft breeze into your hair! We have CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT in our unit, also (Hopefully, you won't need the heat during the season, but will have great warm weather). There are 2 TVs for your convenience. There is a VCR and a TV in the bedroom area(1 side) and a DVD player with CABLE/TV in the living room area.
Our sheets and towels are left in the place for your use when we come down for the week or you can bring your own to use, if you choose. There is a washer and dryer on the premises (second floor) which you need to use quarters for to pay when doing your washes for the week.
Our place sleeps 4-6 people. There are 2 beds which sleep 2 people in each bed in the bedroom area (new pillowtop mattresses in the bedroom/one queen and one full). There are two built in closets (each side of the bedroom) and two honey wicker dressers on each side of the bedroom. There is a dividing wall (attached to ceiling) which pulls across the bedroom dividing the room into two areas with built in closets on both sides. The sofa in the living room area is a pullout sofa (full mattress)which sleeps two people. The furniture is WICKER FURNITURE with a warm “honey” tone in our unit. The bathroom has a full bath with a "SOAKING TUB" to relax. The dining room area has a maple wood table with a white tile top. You and your family can enjoy that "gourmet" meal that you cooked or enjoy your take out to save time for more fun on the boardwalk! You can sit in a certain chair at the table and look at the ocean and beach from the slider. You can see the beach and ocean with an unobstructed view when standing outside our Unit 314, also from the shared long balcony on the third floor! We might add, A MAGNIFICENT VIEW in our opinion!
Step onto the balcony and walk to the right, go down the steps and/or take the elevator. Our beach condo is located on the third floor in the front part of the building on the side facing the ocean). If you turn to the right, outside of our door,and walk to the end of the shared concrete balconey and go down the steps, you are steps from jumping on the beach!
We believe that it is beautiful on our beach, as you well know, if you have been to the shore! We also believe that one of the benefits of staying on the beach is that you are close enough to walk back to our place without a struggle! You can grab a quick sandwich and run back down to the beach. If you have children, then you are close to the bathroom for their use, also.
There is a pool (heated) with a small kiddie area. There are two decks (concrete) (one on the second floor towards the front and one in the back part of the building on the second floor). There is an elevator for your convenience for your beach items and luggage or get some exercise and walk up the steps. It really is the best for your health! Exercise, Exercise! You have access to a trolley which is on the corner of our block (Denver Avenue) to transport you to the boardwalk or Cape May area.
You can see the WILDWOOD rides in the distance from our beach! The FRUIT TRUCK visits our area with fresh fruit to sell on our street from time to time. You can hear the music from the ICE CREAM TRUCK, as he travels down our street. We believe that you will enjoy your vacation in our families place Unit 314!

In order to keep the place beautiful and enjoyable for all, we ask that all of our guests follow the CONDO RULES AND REGS on the property, along with any Wildwood City ordinances for a safe and enjoyable vacation. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises, who does not follow the rules and regs of the condo association and the city of Wildwood. These rules, when followed, will allow all of our friends and guests to have a safe and enjoyable summer.
