Orchid Villa main house has just had a new kitchen put in. Custom made Cherry Cabinets, 48" Refrig, Range with oven, wall oven and microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and lots of counter space.
Orchid Villa offers spacious living and privacy for large groups with maximum capacity of 16: Up to 12 Adults and 4 children (12 and under).. The luxury Main house with adjoining Pool Cabana and Guest house have a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The property has 2 heated pools, hot tub, dock with water and electric, and private boat ramp. The Main house has 3 bedrooms, all Kings (one King also has a trundle), and 3 1/2 baths, a large gourmet kitchen, huge two story family room, and screened porch with 360 degree views. The adjoining pool cabana has a kitchenette, queen bed and full bath. The guest house has 2 bedrooms- One with King and the other with 2 twins, and 1 bath, full kitchen, family room and pool table. Other amenities include TVs with satellite service, 3 DVD players, stereo CD player, free Continental US long distance, High Speed Wireless Internet, central A/C, 2 sets of washers and dryers and gas grill.
For Very Large Groups -- We have 3 rentals on Morton street with a total occupancy of 40(16, 14, 10) people.
