This Large Upscale gulf front home with 3 King Master suites sits on over 2 sprawling acres of prime landscaped property in a premiere area. Ten minutes north of Marathon, and only 15 minutes drive from Islamorada, Grassy Key is a sleepy little village of waterfront home on large estate properties, very private and quiet, far from the seasonal madness. Entering the property from its Morton Street entry, one is greeted by tropical flowering plants and majestic palm trees; the long meandering driveway winds past a tennis court to the grand house.

For Very Large Groups -- We have 3 rentals on Morton street - rent 1 or all.

This immaculate home features a large upscale kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops, a large TV room with Big screen TV and a large, airy great room which opens to a spacious screened patio beside the heated pool. The Main level has 2 wings; one wing has a very private master suite with king size bed and the other wing has King Suite with bath, a bedroom with 2 double beds and hall shared bath. The third master suite with king size bed, sits atop a natural wood staircase and offers the most stunning views of all. This suite has its own private screened porch.

Imagine gazing across a large, sparkling swimming pool to see a natural in-ground aquarium .. big enough to swim in, and filled with tropical fish, tarpon and lobsters. It has crystal clear water, and is accessed by way of a sand-beach entry; beyond that sits the endless expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. The dock accommodates large boats drawing 6' + and you have instant access to Florida Bay, the Gulf and the Atlantic. The sunset views here are endless, and defy description. These waters are considered some of the finest sport fishing grounds in the entire world.

What you see is what you get! Except...there is a 5th bedroom!! Just beautiful! Management was very nice. They recommend the "good-places" to shop, so make sure you write down what she says!The home is HUGE and very spacious! Caught lobsters off the dock. Can feed the fish in their man-made tropical pond. Snorkeling is neat! Kids of all ages would love this place. Adults of all ages would love this place! There is not a beach - but who cares?! Lots of State parks around to go to the beach. Would recommend "Publix" to do your grocery shopping. Wyn Dixie is a hole in the wall. Kids had a blast collecting hermit crabs that come out at night! Catch and release- of course! Beautiful sunsets. Great place for photography!! Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Such a beautiful house and a wonderful vacation! The pictures do not do it justice. This is the perfect place for nature lovers - we enjoyed visits from the white herons, egrets, woodpeckers, turtles, barracuda and, of course, the resident iguanas. The tidal pool was fascinating with the large grouper and many tropical fish. The screened-porch is just a fantastic place for a rest from the sun. Our primary goal of relaxation was fulfilled although there is plenty to do in the area. A favorite restaurant for both food and ambience is Morada Bay in Islamorada.
