Vacation Rental Description
This one-bedroom/one-bath ski chalet is a premier example of Elizabethan English Tudor architecture. It was originally built in 1921 by the Jordan School District as a teacher's dormitory. It was later restored to yesteryear's elegance, and beautifully furnished with period antiques.
Butler Manor Carriage House offers approximately 800 square feet of living space. Amenities include a fireplace, hardwood floors, cable TV, a blu-ray player, a large deck, laundry room, outdoor hottub and grill and internet access.
The cottage is surrounded by a half-acre English garden with a fruit orchard and a 360-degree panoramic view of Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Mountains. It's only 20 minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton ski mountains -- and 30 minutes from Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley ski mountains. Additionally, it's only 45 minutes from Sundance!
The home is within 1/4 mile of Cottonwood Spa, where you can enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ice skating, racquetball, a fitness center, and many more fun things to do. It's also within walking distance of ski rentals, a grocery store, drugstores, and several restaurants.

Weekly Rates from $800 to $1,000
Additional Rate Information
Butler Manor acommodates up to 4 guests
SKI SEASON (December to end of April): $975 weekly, $1000 weekly over holidays, $150 daily, 3 night minimum
OFF SEASON (May through end of November): $800 weekly, starting at $1500 monthly, no daily rentals
All rentals prices include utilities, amenities, services and taxes.
There is a $75 out-cleaning fee.

| Payment Options: We take check, money order, cashiers check, wire transfers and credit cards (extra 5%). You also leave $75 USD cash or check to the housekeeper on your departure. |

| Required Stay: 3 night minimum ski season; weekly minimum off season |
| Deposits: We require a deposit to hold the reservation. |
| Lodging Tax: Tax is included in the rental price. |
| Cancellation Policy: It is written into our booking liability form which you read before signing our contract. |
