"Villa Malibu" was just completely renovated in August 2003. The Villa is situated in the yacht club area, on a salt water canal with direct sail boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and is facing westwards. It is a 20 minutes drive from the Fort Myers Airport. Situated off of a quiet street but still near activities and shopping. You will find our Villa with every comfort you would wish to enjoy during your vacation.
The house is surrounded by a well looked-after garden and lies directly on a canal, only minutes away from the open sea, having its own dock and boat lift. The world-renown romantic Sanibel Island, Estero Beach and Captiva Island with its beautiful sand and many more islands are within a short time's reach both by boat and by car.

In our tastefully furnished living area will find a 35" TV set with stereo, DVD, CD player. In our kitchen you will miss just nothing:
all household appliances such as a dish washer, fridge with ice cube machine, mixer, microwave, oven with ceranamic top, coffee machine and much more. It is completed all new dishes, glasses and accessories.
The living room leads directly to the covered terrace. Where you
will find a barbecue for grilling your favorite meals, a table and chairs for dining along with a sufficient amount of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.
There are 2 bedrooms, a master with a queen, the second has two single beds. Each room has a large dresser, built-in wardrobe with sufficient hangers. You will also find alarm clocks in each bedroom. We also we have a hair dryer, an iron, ironing board, washer and dryer at your disposal.
Cable TV and local calls are free.
The Villa has its own landing stage which leaves you with the possibility to rent a sport boat!
