Property Information
MY WONDERFUL PENTHOUSE, which I have named
Penthouse Of The Dolphins, is directly on the water
overlooking the Malecon. It is situated in the middle of
Puerto Vallarta 2 blocks from the main plaza, Plaza
Principal, and because of that is walking distance to
virtually every shop, restaurant and attraction that
Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Its perfect for parties of
up to 4 people, and of course is completely air-
conditioned.
THE VIEW IS FABULOUS, looking south all the way
down the coast to Cabo Corrientes and north all the
way to Punta Mita, the northernmost point of Banderas
Bay. The dolphins delight in swimming directly in front
of my wraparound terrazas every day (hence the name
"Penthouse Of The Dolphins"), and early in the
morning the local oyster divers collect their day's catch
on the rich reef in the crystal blue waters directly in
front of my home. With its abundant underwater sea
life, snorkeling and swimming are unsurpassed in this
area.
If you are like me, you will spend both mornings on
my main terrace, drinking your coffee and eating your
breakfast watching the divers work and seeing the
various seabirds hunt for their morning meal, and your
evenings eating dinner at the dining table, which is
situated outside under the covered balcony. You will
delight taking in the 180-degree view of the ocean
and coastline from one end of the bay to the other.
Every night there is a fireworks display that is
mounted from the Spanish galleon named the Maria
Gallante, and usually the ship passes about 500 feet
away from my terrazas when it starts its show.

Each Of Our 2 Luxurious Bedrooms
have fabulous views out to the ocean and is also
connected to its own private bathroom. All the
bedrooms and baths are finished in hand hewn
granite and marble. There is also a 3rd beautiful,
separate guest bathroom off of the living room
for guests use. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon
bed for that occasional 5th person in your
party. Both bedrooms have cable TV/DVD.
The Washer and Dryer are both located inside the
condo.
For those of you that like to bring your laptops we
also have Wireless High Speed Internet DSL. All you
have to do is plug in and you are surfing the web!
We also have Free Long Distance phone service,
so you can call home as much as you like with comfort
and ease.
HAND HEWN GRANITE Countertops accent the custom
designed kitchen, which is complete and has all the
amenities to make preparation of meals a delight.
Also, the kitchen has UV Filtered water, handmade
hardwood cabinetry, and a 6 burner gas stove. Of
course there is also a dishwasher,large side by side
refrigerator, microwave, blender, and coffee maker,
and all the other amenities you would find in any fine
kitchen, and various spices are always on hand.
IN SUITE CHEF
For those of you who do not want to cook, we are very
fortunate to have a wonderful In Suite Personalized
Chef, Azaria Samuel, for a special event, or just a
small dinner because you are on holidays and just do
not want to cook or shop. He has his own catering
company, and he does incredible things with food.
Also, he can shop for you, cater a simple meal for 2
for that special occasion, or cook for your entire
vacation. He can even cook ahead and have meals in
the freezer or fridge for when you arrive, or cater a

THE SWIMMING POOL is located on the roof of the
building next to my condo, so just walk out the front
door, take 30 steps and you will be standing next to
the pool, and the water is always warm and the view is
unforgettable.
Parking Is Secured under the building, as my condo
has the only underground parking in the city center,
and the building has 24-hour security personnel to
serve you.

of the best restaurants in all of Puerto Vallarta located
on the ground floor of our building facing the beach
on the new Malecon. Its name is Vitea, and you will be
delighted when you have your lunch or dinner there. It
is truly a 4 star restaurant and believe me, their
Margaritas are the Best In Town. Also, the Custom
designed kitchen is also a delight, with UV Filtered
water, Hand hewn granite countertops, Handmade
hardwood cabinetry, and a 6 Burner gas stove. Of
course there is also a Dishwasher, Large side by side
refrigerator and all the other amenities you would find
in any fine kitchen. The bedrooms have 1 king and 1
queen bed. Directly on the ocean overlooking the
Malecon and its situated in the middle of Puerto
Vallarta and just 2 blocks from the main plaza.

coffee maker are all there, and various spices are
always on hand. The swimming pool is located on the
roof of the building, just one floor above me, and the
water is always warm and the view is unforgettable.
Both bedrooms have their own separate hand crafted
marble bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-
size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size
bed. Both bedrooms have cable TV/DVD. The stereo
CD player is located in the living room. Parking is
secured under the building, as my condo has the only
underground parking in the city center, and the
building has 24 hour security personnel to serve you.
We also have Free Long Distance Telephone, Hi Speed
Internet DSL with the wireless option, so just bring
your laptop and plug in or connect through your
wireless connection and you are ready to go surf the
Internet or call home at no charge anytime of the day
or night. We Also Have One of the best restaurants in
all of Puerto Vallarta located on the ground floor of
our building facing the beach on the new Malecon. Its

THINGS TO DO!! Virtually every water sport is available
for you here in Puerto Vallarta. Golf is a major
attraction here with several world-class courses. There
are canopy tours in the jungle, you can visit the set of
'Terminator', and you can also swim with the dolphins.
There are numerous fabulous nightclubs and discos
that are open until 4 in the morning, so you can
dance the night away every night and never go to the
same place twice. It is located just one floor below
Penthouse Of The Dolphins on the 3rd floor and is

More things to do!! Virtually every water sport is

are horseback rides that take you back into the jungle
where you will see waterfalls and flocks of parrots
flying overhead. Golf is a major attraction here with

the jungle, you can visit the set of 'Terminator', and
you can also swim with the dolphins, race mini cars
and go to the local Seaworld, where the kids will have
a great time. There are concerts every night by local
artists in the main plaza, flea markets galore and
special events where the local people from areas
outside of Puerto Vallarta bring their local food and
wares for you to taste and buy. There are numerous
fabulous nightclubs and discos that are open until 4 in
the morning, so you can dance the night away every
night and never go to the same place twice.

Great Place To Spend Your Vacation

The Penthouse of the Dolphins was the perfect place to
spend my vacation. The location was great for walks
and the Pirate Show and fireworks everynight were

distance.

Enjoy a True Mexico Vacation

The condo is beautiful and so spacious. We truly
enjoyed sitting on the wrap around deck watching the
wonderful sunsets and just people watching. The
location is close to everything and buses and cabs are
always readily available. We found so many wonderful
restaurants tucked away from the boardwalk - what a
treat. Go and explore the side streets, you won't be
disappointed. The sound of the ocean at night was so
soothing. Don't miss out on this place - This is
nothing like staying at a resort. We enjoyed a true
Mexico vacation. We are looking forward to our next
trip! :)

Where do I begin. The Penthouse of the Dolphins was
magnificent! We arrived and were met by Rene. When
he opened the door into the condo - our vacation
BEGAN! The glass doors were all open to the ocean
and the breeze was intoxicating. I immediately felt all
the day's travel tension drain from my body. We have
been travelling to PV for 40 years and hve experienced
just about every accommodation possible. We will
never come again unless we can stay right here! Michel
was so accommodating and helpful with all our
requests and needs. WE WILL BE BACK!

Best Location in PV

My family traveled to PV and stayed at the PHD in Sep
2007. It was low season and, for a person averse to
crowds, the perfect time to be in PV. If you are looking
for an all-inclusive, sit-by-the-pool, experience, this
isn't for you. However, if you are interested in
immersing yourself in the culture and ambiance of PV
and within minutes of everything, then PHD is the
ONLY place you should consider. Michel's description
is accurate; the condo is clean, roomy, spectacular
views with all amenities you will need for a great
vacation. The location is central yet not on top of the
nightlight (it's not noisy). Vitea restaurant below is
fabulous with an ever-changing menu and is one of
several great restaurants within walking distance.
There is a small shop for essentials just below the
condo and a larger local supermarket three blocks
away and easily within walking distance. No need for a
car as most things are within walking distance; those
that are not are an inexpensive cab away. The area in
front of the condo is beautiful; nice beaches are all
around; great beaches are to the north via cab or
various other locations via boat. Don't miss Chico's
Paradise Restaurant (in the jungle) or John Huston's
private beach for awesome days out. Like most tourist
places there is an abundance of street vendors and
time share enthusiasts but the area surrounding the
PH is largely left alone despite its central location. For
those of you on Starbucks' payroll will find comfort
only a block away. We had a wonderful time even with
a three-year old in tow. Don't miss this opportunity.
