This 3000 sq ft home was built in 1999 with all new furnishings and appliances. Located 5 min off I 75 in private cove on Norris Lake.
This house has three levels.The main level has a full kitchen,living room,dining room,bedroom,bathroom,one queen sleeper sofa and large walk out deck with gas grill and plenty of patio furniture.
Upper level has master bedroom,bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk out deck.
Lower level has bedroom,bathroom,family room with one queen and one double sleeper sofa,bar,fireplace,utility room with washer and dryer and a large walk out deck.
This house is very clean and well maintained.

Memorial day to labor day weekly rentals only 1400.00 plus a 300.00 refundable security deposit.
Off season rates $900 weekly $200 daily
$300 refundable security deposit.
Deposit and signed rental agreement must be recieved within 7 days to hold reservation.
Full payment due 60 days prior to checkin.
Pet charge is 75.00.
Checkin time is 2:00.
Checkout time is 10:00.
All rentals will have 9.25% Tennessee sales tax and a 5%Cambell county lodging fee.

Private boat dock with swim ladder and room for a few boats.
Boat launch is located two miles away.

If you enjoy staying close to home this house is located on a dead end street with very little traffic for an after dinner walk.
Plenty of parking for autos and boat trailers.
