Sunset Rose has 4 beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus a bonus room and a bright and cheery bunk room for the kids. The centrally located kitchen has everything you will need to whip up that gourmet meal and includes an R/O filtration system for purified drinking water. The cozy living room and indoor/outdoor dining areas provide gorgeous ocean views. Sunset Rose is always well maintained and has received a fresh coat of paint inside, new carpet, living room furniture, and a second refrigerator within the last year. This inviting home also provides you with a grill, enclosed outside shower, dune deck and a two car garage. For your enjoyment, you will find a Bose sound system, DVD, VCR & CD players in the living room and a CD player in the loft. Wireless, high speed internet access is available as well as TVs in every bedroom. Create your own private space on any of the 3 decks in the rockers & hammock or lounge in the loft and enjoy a good book or a nap. The Sunset Rose is located directly across from the community pool & children's play area and only steps down the private walk to the beach. Be sure to view the new virtual tour!
