Beautiful Lakefront Chalet 35 mins Ottawa Gatineau
Property Description
The cottage is located on a private Lac Du Bois Frank in Val-Des-Monts, Quebec. It has expansive windows in the Living Room with gorgeous lake views. Living room also has sofa/twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with cabinets, all appliances (toaster, microwave, full stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine etc). Lower level has sliding doors which lead to patio. Patio has lounge chairs, hammock, BBQ and views of the lake. The patio also has stairs which lead directly to lake. There is canoe, paddle boat available for guest use in the summer.
Guest access
Guest will be access all the space within the house. There is a pantry in the kitchen which is locked and will not be accessible.
Other things to note
Please note that the Chalet is located on a lake in rustic natural setting. The roads are narrow. In winter, the snow is removed regularly however, watch for snow storms and drive carefully to avoid getting stuck in snow. Also recommend coming in 4 x 4 SUV in Winter to avoid getting stuck in the snow.
