Property Description

This charming farmhouse-styled townhome, built just a few years ago, will draw you in to take a closer look. You'll notice the perfect blend between a brand new estate and a rustic country home where you can hang up your hat, kick off your boots, and enjoy a slice or two of mama's homemade cherry pie at the dining room table. We've added artwork with wild horses and old metal milk cans around the house. We've also decked out the place with top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic beds in every room and hotel grade linens for a restful night.

This town house is equipped with three bedrooms, three ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a fully-stocked living room. This town home is located in the middle of McCall, Idaho, in a residential area. It's less than a half mile from the main attraction Payette Lake and close to a few coffee shops, restaurants, and other fine dining experiences. There are also gas stations, and downtown, where you can find popular shopping or our favorite tasty candy and ice cream shops for a quick treat. This combination of a country feeling property and being so close to everything you need in the small town is hard to beat.

McCall Idaho is a popular destination for its breathtaking scenery, where temperatures drop to the perfect sweater weather temperature at night. Days can be filled with outdoor activities like fishing, boating, or swimming on the lake. You can also rent bicycles to explore the town, hike trails, or go on off-road adventures.

As our guest, you will have full access to the town house and all amenities, including brand new stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer, as well as parking in the garage for one car. The town homes have a driveway that can accommodate one vehicle and there is additional parking available on the premises. The main living area of the home features a 65" Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video.

Our coded door lock allows you to check in without the need for house keys or for the host to let you in. We are friendly and will be happy to answer any questions you may have or assist with any additional requests for your stay. We are available at any time via the platform message system or by text.

Neighbors: As this rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
