| Cancellation Policy: • CANCELLATION POLICY All deposit monies, including security deposit, are refundable if lease is cancelled by Lessee at least ninety days before said arrival date less $200 cancellation fee. If Lessee cancels less than ninety days of said arrival date, and the premises are successfully rented to another tenant for the same amount stated in # 1, Lessee will receive a full refund of the deposit less $200 cancellation fee. If Lessee cancels and the premises are rented for less than the amount stated in #1, Lessee shall be reimbursed the amount of the deposit less any difference between rent received from the new tenant and rent stated in # 1 less $200 cancellation fee. If Lessor is unsuccessful in renting premises due to a cancellation, Lessee forfeits all deposit monies excluding the security deposit. .
