We think this pretty new vacation rental town home offers a perfect solution for the family or group of friends looking for the "best buy" in a Key West vacation accommodation. This brand newly constructed resort - style town home is located in a small-gated complex just 10 - 15 minutes from Old Town Key West. It offers 2 full stories of sparkling and spacious rooms complete with deep covered porches that overlook the swimming pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. Furnishings are casual and tropical and providing a happy uplifting feel.
Entrance to the front door is up one short flight of stairs. Step inside to the first floor to the spacious open living room - kitchen. French doors at the back lead to a porch that overlook the grounds and pool. The main floor also has a powder room, laundry room, and front balcony.
A wooden banister staircase leads to the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms are roomy. The master bedroom has French doors that lead to a porch directly above the living room offering the same pool and grounds view as the porch below. Bedding in the master bedroom is a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king sized bed. For extra sleeping the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa.
The large free form swimming pool is beautiful and in full view from you porches. Rich linking brick pavers define the pool deck area and there is plenty of sun at the pool all year around. When you are ready to go to town for shopping or nightlife it is a quick easy drive that will take about 10 to 15 minutes. Designated parking directly beneath the town home make stowing the car a breeze. And if you need to take a cab the distance of the ride is close and therefore affordable. From this location you are also conveniently located across the street from the Key West Golf and Country Club and just down the road from Hurricane Hole Marina. By the way, if you have never been deep sea fishing, now's the time to check in with the fisherman at Hurricane Hole.
So what are you waiting for? Pack your bathing suits, toss your clubs in the back of your car, hitch up your boat trailer and come on down. Or . . . if you are not a golfer of a boater just bring yourselves to enjoy Key West. The money you save by staying just a short "hop skip and a jump" from Old Town will be just what you need to enjoy a few more dinners out or that back country fishing trip you have been dreaming about. As with all of our properties,this property will not tolerate smoking inside. Only well behaved children are welcome. We do not accept guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. |
