Just a short drive will get you to the slopes of many of Tahoe's finest ski resorts, such as Squaw Valley which is a previous Olympic site, North Star, Alpine Meadows, Boreal, Sugar Bowl, Heavenly Valley, Homewood and of course Diamond Peak right in Incline's backyard.

This luxury condominium has recently been beautifully remodeled and is "MODEL HOME" quality. Once you stay here, you will never want to leave! It is all brand new! The condo is tastefully decorated in mountain elegance, with extensive use of granite throughout. It is gorgeous! We've also added HIGH SPEED INTERNET for your convenience!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just 1 mile from the beach and the Hyatt Grand Lodge and Casino, and 1/2 mile from Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
The fully stocked kitchen has granite slab countertops, with full granite backsplashes, and is equipped with all new top of the line appliances. Included is a refrigerator with freezer, which has an ice and water dispenser, toaster oven, coffee maker, oven with gas burners, instant hot water dispenser, crockpot, blender, and electric fondue pot.
The downstairs bedroom has a hickory queen bed, with a new pillow-top mattress and a down duvet comforter, making it extra comfy! Also an LCD TV with DVD player are available for your use.
The spacious upstairs loft bedroom has a massive log, full, twin bunk bed and a separate log twin bed. It also has a TV and VCR player.
In the living room, you can relax in front of the crackling log fire. The gas-burning fireplace is surrounded in stone and topped with a hand carved log mantel. Above the mantel, you will enjoy watching the flat panel LCD cable TV with DVD player. Accent lighting and dimmer switches throughout add even more ambiance.
Outside on the deck, unwind and enjoy a meal from the gas barbeque while looking out onto a forested setting in the pines, complete with wildlife!
To enhance your stay, we have included board games, puzzles, books and a video library for your use. A guest pass will be provided to you during your stay, to give you access to Incline's stunning private beaches and amenities.
We are certain you will love staying here. All linens are provided. Absolutely no smoking and no pets are allowed.
