| Each level consists of its own pleasures. This 3/4 bedroom home with loft sleeps ten and is located on a beautiful secluded lot in Towamensing Trails. The top level has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, loft with patio doors which bring you out on a deck to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the woods with deer path. The second floor consists of one bedroom, full bathroom, Jacuzzi room, modern kitchen, dining room with another set of patio doors that lead to deck with outdoor dining and grill, the living room has vaulted ceiling with skylights and cozy fireplace. You can then escape to the bottom floor for some fun with a foosball table and a ping-pong table. This floor also has another full bathroom and laundry room. You can also exit the downstairs patio doors to enjoy the backyard. |

Our 'Spencer House' in located in Towamensing Trails. It is a wonderful community with it's own amentities. Within minutes you can be at various attractions. Big Boulder Ski Slopes is 2 miles from the house. Other ski slopes are also in the area, such as Jack Frost, Camelback, etc. Skirmish is 5 minutes away and Pocono Raceway is only 10 minutes away. There is the beautiful historic Jim Thorpe area only a short drive from the community. The Poconos is well known for a lot of their exciting attractions through out the year. There are plenty of lakes for fishing, there's also hunting, skiing, wine festivals, etc.
