Castillo Ventana is located in a recent gated community in the western Las Vegas area, an easy 10 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran airport.
This gorgeous 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home is the perfect getaway for families and business travelers alike. The home is spacious and well appointed with designer touches in every room. With six bedrooms and four baths, Castillo Ventana is a great solution for those in need of privacy and value.
Downstairs you will find a warm and inviting living room with a beautiful fireplace framed in large windows. Adjoining the living room is the tastefully decorated dining room which leads into the kitchen and informal dining area. Together the two dining areas proving seating for up to ten individuals.
Just off the kitchen and informal dining area is a large family room with Big Screen television and built-in bar. The family room provides two doors out onto the two separate covered patios. Combined with the kitchen area, the family room is a great space for lounging and entertaining with easy access to the pool, spa and outdoor cooking space.
The game room, located upstairs, features a pool table and lounge seating and provides access to one of the two balconies overlooking the backyard pool and spa and providing a decent view of the nearby red rock mountains.
All bedrooms feature king or queen beds and all have televisions with cable TV. The master bedroom features king size bed, large television, and a private bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub framed in glass brick windows. The sixth bedroom is a fully furnished downstairs basement with a queen bed and which also features a Big Screen TV.
The backyard at Castillo Ventana is simply beautiful. The sparkling pool offers great privacy and the elevated spa features waterfall is complimented by an additional patio table and umbrella overlooking the pool area. Two large covered patio area offer an outdoor area for cooking with gas BBW and another for lounging with plenty of seating out of the hot sun. |
