This Maine Cottage has outstanding ocean views across from Kennebunk Beach also known as Mother's Beach and steps away from KBIA with the playground. Great location for families and it has something for everyone. You can also walk to Webhannet Golf Club and Edgecomb Tennis course. This home has just had the downstairs floors refinished and new kitchen appliances in place. If you looking for a place that is close to the beach and family-oriented - this is the place for you. This house is large enough to accommodate a large family, two families. It is very spacious, has a large indoor-outdoor living area on the main floor and sun porch, great front yard with views of Kennebunk Beach also known as Mother's Beach with a playground. On the first floor, there is the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, living room, sun porch, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor are the rest of the bedrooms along with a large rec room which is off the master bedroom. Great place for the children to play and has amazing views of the beach area. There is a crib - please bring your own crib sheets and crib mattress pads. LIVING ROOM FIREPLACE DOES NOT WORK - NOT BE USED. FULL DISCLOSURE: Renters are not allowed to have any pets in a rental property at any time - it is "pet-free" from renters. Owners do have pets that occasionally are at the property. It should not be considered an allergen-free property. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED - TENANTS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN.
