First floor has a large eat-in kitchen with fireplace, living room with fireplace overlooking over large fenced in backyard, ceiling fan in bedroom with bath, and laundry room. All hard wood floors.

The second floor has air conditioning in the four bedrooms with two baths. There are two staircases going upstairs one from main part of house and the other from breezeway/entrance area. Flat Screen TVs, surround sound system, all new appliances.

There is a deck in the back of the house, fenced in yard and two car garage. Colony beach 1/2 mile away and Kennebunk Beaches 1.5 miles away. A beach pass is included in your stay.
