You are greeted with the fresh sea breeze and the cry of Sea Gulls. Enjoy these sounds and more when you enjoy yourself in our bayside ranch home located in Mystic Island!
Our house sleeps 8 people (absolutely no pets are permitted). This gas-heated and gas-cooking home is air-conditioned. It consists of three (3) bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room with futon, and large screened and enclosed Florida room where the beautiful sea breeze comes in and you can play cards or games with your family or friends!
The Living room gives you a majestic view of the bay and the wetlands. Ducks swim right up to your docks with their little ducklings.
Our house has a large backyard filled with clean, imported beach sand to sunbathe, play volleyball, horseshoes, badminton, or picnic on our patio with a large picnic table.
You have a handrail to lead you down the walkway to our two floating docks, where you can keep your own private boat. You can also fish, crab, water-ski, boat or swim right off our docks. The water is clean and pure. The Pinelands watershed from the Mullica River Feeds into the Bays at Mystic Island and is a model for pollution-free waterways!

Come and Enjoy our waterfront home from Memorial Day (Last Monday in May) through
Labor Day (First Monday in September).
The house can be rented for the time period of a week, a month, or the season.
Our price for one (1) week is $1000. This runs from 2:00 p.m. on the first Saturday until 11:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.
For four (4) weeks, the price is $3,800.
For the whole season (Memorial Day until Labor Day), the price is $12,000.

Bring only your linens and towels. Blankets and pillows are furnished at the home.
We supply large and small crab traps for your use, and 14-foot rowboat for you to explore the wetlands for mussels or to try your hand at fishing or crabbing in the bay.
The shores of the wetlands abound with mussels. The crabbing is great and a special crab-holding box is attached to the dock so you can keep your crabs alive and fresh until needed. Picture yourself on our patio, overlooking the bay, while barbecuing your catch of the day - fish, crabs and mussels.

Atlantic city is just a shore distance away with a boardwalk, rides, games and its famous beaches. For night life, the casinos offer big name entertainment, numerous restaurants and of course, A Chance to Win Big!
Nearby attractions include the Atlantic City Race Track, Sport Fishing from various headboats, and the Brigantine Wild Life Preserve. Mystic Island also boasts a top notch golf course.
Great Bay is famous for its Pristine fishing waters. Many of our tenants have raved about the great fishing - Flounder, Blues, Weakfish, Kingfish, and Stripers abound. Try your luck with fishing at our place!
