Very well equipped and well maintained condo .King and queen beds.No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 4 only. Walk in shower with grab bars in the master bedroom. If you have ever been to Marco Island, then no long decscription is necessary. If you have not been there, it is a pleasure you owe yourself ! Our condo is owner managed because we are better able to keep it in much nicer condition for our guests. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath lovely beachfront condo has been completely remodeled.The large balcony overlooks the heated pool and straight out at the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom with a walk-in shower and grab bars. A queen bed and combination shower/tub with grab bars is in the guest bedroon. There is no sofa sleeper. The condo sleeps 4 only. There are tennis courts, a boatdock, Internet, fitness center, and many lovely walkways plus the beautiful beach. The condo is well equipped. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are included . All you need is your food and your clothes.

Registration at Manager's Office is $20. where upon you receive your on-site parking pass. The fully refundable security deposit is $100 off-season, $200 In-seasonThere are no other costs. Checks are mailed to Marion Sanborn, Owner/Manager 1628 S.E. 29 Terrace, Ocala, Florida. Sorry,we are not able to accommodate infants or toddlers. This is a no-smoking condo. Condo rules do not allow pets. This condo does not rent by the month. Adults preferred.
