This luxurious three-story beach house is the ultimate place for an intimate, private vacation getaway. Three bedrooms are located on the third floor. On the second floor, a large dine-in kitchen opens to a sizeable entertainment room housing a 31” TV, home stereo and combination VHS/DVD player. But don’t expect to spend much time in here once you’ve seen the rest of the house.
The adjacent grand living room with floor to ceiling windows that span the entire width of the house offers abundant sunlight all day long and fantastic views of the secluded, custom designed pool and spa. Downstairs on the first floor, the well-appointed sun room provides a haven from the summer heat, sliding glass open-air access to the backyard pool/spa area, above ground hot tub, and two more bedrooms.
Far too many amenities to list here with over 4,600 square feet of living space and parking for up to seven vehicles; more than enough space to accommodate even the largest family. Awake to the sounds of the ocean each morning and enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach at dawn.
