Welcome to Las Vegas, Nevada! This luxurious home is 10 minutes from The Strip and 16 minutes from the airport. It's the perfect location to enjoy everything Southern Nevada has to offer. And for those you rock climbers, Red Rock Canyon is only 15 minutes away as well! The closest local casino (Red Rock Casino) is 7 minutes away, and the closest Starbucks is 2 minutes away! You’re within walking distance of gourmet restaurants, upscale retail stores, salons, and every service you can think of.
We've appointed this spacious home (5,000 square feet on 1/3 acre) with every amenity possible to give the 5 star experience of a luxurious resort! If there's anything you need, just let us know and we'll do everything possible to make it happen.
The Master Bedroom has a $7,000 Temperpedic Split Cal King bed with 450 thread count sheets, flat screen TV and DVD player, a walk-out balcony, a large jetted tub and separate shower in the bathroom along with double sinks. Some people tell us they lived in apartments smaller than this master bathroom!
There are five bedrooms upstairs (including the main Master and the second Master with office amenities). You’ll find two bedrooms located downstairs, one with a separate door to the pool and patio. They are all decorated with various types and sizes of beds, kings, queens, and twins. We can reconfigure the sleeping arrangements to meet your needs.
You'll find 3 Ionic Breeze air purifiers from Sharper Image as well as reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen and the master bath.
We turned the formal living room into a game room (who lives formally these days?). You’ll find a beautiful regulation pool table, a blackjack game table, and a table for multiple Las Vegas games.
The family room boasts a 60" HDTV perfect for cuddling up and watching your favorite movie or listening to your favorite music. 200 Channels of cable television is available along with pay per view.
The Dining Room seats 8 people and there's a huge fully stocked designer kitchen for those who want to have all the conveniences of home. You’ll find every imaginable gadget from a top-of-the-line Vitamix Blender to an avocado slicer! Coffee, teas, hot chocolate, water and popcorn are provided free of charge. We've also provided all the spices you would need for cooking and a wine selection is available for purchase. The kitchen nook seats 6 more, and there is bar seating for 6 along the granite kitchen bar top. We also have additional folding seating available.
The outside patio has multiple tables and chairs as well as a large gas barbeque grill for your convenience along with a several conversation fire pits.
All linens are a minimum of 400 thread count and all the towels are thick and luxurious! We will also set up personal catering for you, if this is something you would like to have in your home. Extra cleaning services are also available.
It's the perfect place to relax after a long day of touring The Strip or skiing at Mt Charleston!
We're a pet and kid friendly home so if you want to bring along your small family members, please feel free. Again, we've tried to think of it all and we have a crib and rollaway beds available too!
You and your guests will feel like you've entered the home of a friend or family who put everything in place for you to enjoy your stay. This luxury semi-custom mansion in a cul-de-sac suits the family of the bride or groom as well as the busy executive who wants to entertain.
The exotic wood, South American executive office suite broadcasts an "I'm incredibly successful" air. The long expanse of green in the north yard makes a perfect wedding location then converts to a game field.
If you're here in late spring, the apricots from the tree are exquisitely delicious!
